Overview
The Greek Government, alongside Sword Intelligence, is building one of Europe’s first national, AI-powered front doors to healthcare, serving more than 10 million citizens.
The new National Health Information Line (1566) has quickly become one of the most important public services in the country, guiding citizens and helping them navigate care.
By combining always-on agentic triage with human empathy, the service delivers faster answers, clearer guidance on where to seek care, and consistent regional advice — reducing unnecessary hospital visits while strengthening primary and preventive care.
“This partnership will rebuild how care flows through our system, making it faster, clearer, and more centered on people.”
Adonis Georgiadis
Minister of Health (Greece)
